the Tamar Center is a professional and social action framework designed to serve as a platform for supporting and guiding Tamar graduates throughout their journey. The network focuses on assisting graduates in the admission process to academic studies, with a particular emphasis on fields such as science, engineering, and technology. Additionally, it offers continued support as they complete their studies and transition into the workforce, helping them successfully integrate into meaningful employment opportunities.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Alumni Network is founded on the values of sharing, belonging, enrichment, and growth. It aims to understand the background, needs, challenges, and aspirations of graduates. In addition to this, it recognizes the barriers that may make it difficult for graduates to pursue academic studies and succeed in the future. To address these challenges, the network was created to continue supporting and accompanying graduates even after they finish high school and receive their matriculation certificate. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduates of Tamar Center programs are young trailblazers who have proven their dedication and skills in their ability to persevere and succeed in STEM fields. Completing their studies in the education system is only the first stage on the way to their integration into quality employment and as active citizens. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight:
